Refund policy

For Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at melinyllc@gmail.com , kindly include the order number in the email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Returns and Store Credit

We love making each Meliny Wrap™ and Sandy Sleeve™ and want you to love it too! 

We do accept returns, but there are some requirements. 

  • You may return Meliny Wraps and Sandy Sleeves that are unworn, unaltered and with the original tags still attached from MelinyLLC for shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number).
  • Email MelinyLLC@gmail.com within that time frame AND include the order number in your email.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to MelinyLLC
  • Meliny Wraps and Sandy Sleeves must be received in original condition as sent out to receive credit.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be contacted within 7 business days. All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
  • Shop credit for the return will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and/or delivery costs will not be refunded, reimbursed or part of the store credit.
  • Please note, all custom, pre-orders and sale items are final. Returns are not accepted for these items.
