Browse a variety of pet-friendly vendors, discover unique products and treats for your furry friends and yourself, and capture the moment with professional pup portraits by Guilded Productions. Don't miss the Pro Training Workshop hosted by Ruff Haus K9 at 1PM, where you can learn helpful tips and techniques from a professional trainer. We will also be hosting Last Chance Animal Rescue and pups looking for their forever homes!

🐕 Walk & Wag Dog Event and Fair — 2nd Annual Fundraiser for Shelter Dogs

This is an amazing fundraiser to support shelter dogs! The second annual Walk & Wag event will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 the day before Mother's Day from noon until 4pm at beautiful Heckscher Park in Huntington, New York. Walk & Wag is organized by Give a Dog a Dream, Inc. and its partner, the Town of Huntington. There will be tons of pet-related vendors for shopping, dog adoptions and dog walking across the entire Park.

All proceeds from the event will be used to support dogs at Huntington Animal Shelter by enhancing their health and adoptability. There are many ways to support and participate in Walk & Wag — sign up to walk your dog, become a vendor, become a sponsor, or all of the above! However you participate, you can take heart in knowing that you are helping shelter dogs live their best lives while awaiting adoption.

Check out an amazing pop-up event in support of animal abuse awareness hosted by Nassau SPCA! There will be tons of pet-friendly vendors for shopping, pet adoptions, giveaways, raffles and more in the heart of Farmingdale, NY.

“Support the NCSPCA and local animal rescue groups, take a stand against animal abuse and work to find adoptables their forever home. Activities include raffles, vendors, games and giveaways. Leashed dogs are welcome to join in on the fun, jump in on photo ops, enjoy treats and pick up a new accessory or two! All funds raised will support the rehabilitation and rescue of animals that are victims of abuse and neglect.”
