For Exchanges
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at melinyllc@gmail.com , kindly include the order number in the email.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns and Store Credit
We love making each Meliny Wrap™ and Sandy Sleeve™ and want you to love it too!
We do accept returns, but there are some requirements.
- You may return Meliny Wraps and Sandy Sleeves that are unworn, unaltered and with the original tags still attached from MelinyLLC for shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number).
- Email MelinyLLC@gmail.com within that time frame AND include the order number in your email.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to MelinyLLC
- Meliny Wraps and Sandy Sleeves must be received in original condition as sent out to receive credit.
- Once we receive your return, you will be contacted within 7 business days. All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
- Shop credit for the return will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and/or delivery costs will not be refunded, reimbursed or part of the store credit.
- Please note, all custom, pre-orders and sale items are final. Returns are not accepted for these items.
Shipping Policies
We are as excited as you to get your MelinyLLC products
Please allow for up to 7- 14 days for delivery from time of purchase. Some items and large orders may take a little extra TLC as they are each hand-sewn.
All packages are sent first class mail with USPS with an option to pay extra and upgrade to priority shipping at checkout.
All items purchased within the U.S. and its territories have free shipping for orders exceeding $40.00.
You will track your order(s) by going to your account, clicking on orders, and clicking the tracking information (this will only show up once your order has been shipped).
We do ship internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your product and your zip code. Please be advised that MelinyLLC is not responsible for any potential import, taxes, tariffs, customs, duties of fees that may incur for international orders.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
- There are certain times when USPS experiences delays in estimated arrival times. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our hands, we have no control over it. MelinyLLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or in cases where USPS staff loses/misplaces your package. It is recommended you set up an account with USPS so you can get up-to-date tracking information on your shipments. If your package is lost or delayed, you can file an inquiry with USPS which will assist in resolving any issues.
- Before filing an inquiry....We suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any information. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 5 days, please contact us for the next steps!
- Expected delivery dates are not a guarantee you will receive your items on the specified day- this is when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive.
